Sailor Moon Fan Art
One of the earliest shows I remember watching as a child was Sailor Moon.
Something about a female hero who didn’t want to have those responsibilities yet still took on the burden just resonated with me. And now as an adult I can look back and understand it was because I also felt I had pressure to be more than just a kid.
Each piece was created with acrylic paint on an 8x10 canvas.
Most backgrounds for the Sailor Scouts were inspired by the 90s series transformation scenes, but some I referenced the newer adaptation or whatever came to mind.
